• Qualifying returns or exchanges must be completed within 60 days of the original purchase.
• Special order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
• Cancellations are subject to a restock fee of 30% or $75 (whichever is less).
• Materials that are wet, have blue tape, or display any signs of thin-set, paint, grout, scratches, or other damages will not qualify for return or refund.
• All returned products must be in their original, factory-sealed packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
• Refunds will be processed to the original credit card used for the purchase. For cash purchases, any refunds over $75 will be refunded by a company check and will be mailed to the customer.
• Tile sizes are nominal, not exact.
• Natural stone products will exhibit variations in color, veining, pattern, and shading, which are considered features, not defects.
• It is the contractor's and/or homeowner's responsibility to verify all materials before installation. Dry fit is strongly recommended. Installation constitutes acceptance.
• Materials not picked up or claimed within 6 months of purchase will be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of without further notice.
